He’s written about Scandinavia for Rough Guides, The Times, The Washington Post, The Guardian and many more, and has spent the past 12 years exploring Scandinavia in search of the perfect cinnamon bun. He’s married to a Swede (an actual Swedish person, not a root vegetable) and he speaks Swedish with an English accent.
