Exploring the cobbled streets, you’ll learn where the custom of placing advent candles in the window comes from, what a Swedish julbord is, and what Sweden’s version of Santa looks like. The Old Town looks amazing at this time of year, with a big Christmas market set up on the main square.
By the end of this yuletide tour, you’ll know what Christmas feels like for a Swede, and how they get their Christmas spirit going in the run-up to the big day. For that extra fuzzy festive feeling, the tour includes a glass of traditional glögg (Swedish mulled wine)!
