The thought-provoking Garden Futures: Design with Nature exhibition is a collaborative venture between Helsinki’s Architecture Museum and Design Museum.

The exhibition is a fresh take on traditional landscape design and explores gardens through architecture, art and design. It offers a different slant on gardens – not just as romantic retreats but as spaces for activism, social justice and biodiversity.

You’ll also see a variety of art pieces inspired by gardens, including local projects from Helsinki.

There are displays at both the Design Musuem and the Architecture museum which are fascinating display for both horticulturists and design enthusiasts. It’s an exhibition that bridges the gap between art, architecture and design, and how they impact and are influenced by the natural world.
