Things to do in Kiruna
Although the city of Kiruna has a few interesting sights, which we’ve listed here, many of the main attractions lie in the countryside beyond. For many visitors, the chance to whizz through the forest on a dogsled or watch as the northern lights ripple overhead is the reason for coming to Swedish Lapland. A trip to see the Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi is also a must, even if you’re not up for spending a night inside it.
