This winter hiking tour takes you to see some of the best and most beautiful scenery in the whole Stockholm region.
Using snowshoes to cross the snow, you’ll reach unspoilt areas of Swedish countryside, home to frozen lakes, glittering pine forests and breathtaking viewpoints.
Snowshoeing and winter hiking offer a fantastic way to catch a glimpse of the amazing nature that this area has to offer. This tour is run in small groups of between three and six people at a time, making it easy to have fun and enjoy moments of peace and quiet away from the city.
There’s a good chance you will see deer, boar and moose tracks as you cross the fresh snow, enjoying the great scenery along the way.

Important info
This tour involves physical motion and a reasonable level of fitness is required. No prior winter or snowshoe experience is required. This is a winter hiking excursion. If the snow level demands the use of snowshoes the guides will want you to use these. Otherwise you will use ice grips under your boots when crossing lakes.
