Calling all G&T lovers! If you’re in Denmark’s second city in November, you’ll want to check out this festival.

Originating from India and rising to fame in Britain, the beloved gin and tonic has become a trendy choice in Danish cocktail bars too. And now Danes and visitors can treat their taste buds to an array of exciting gins and tonic waters at a dedicated festival in Aarhus.

A two-day appreciation of this classic drink, the festival is set in Aarhus’ Ridehuset, a 19th-century building that once was part of the military horse barracks. So saddle up for a ride and enjoy both international and Danish gins accompanied by the DJ’s lounge tunes.

More than 100 different gins will be on sale, while three local cocktail bars will take care of the VIP bar at the event, serving both classic and alternative cocktails.

There are two types of ticket: the standard starts at DKK 245 and includes a free gin and tonic, and the VIP ticket (from DKK 365) which include gin cocktails.
