CPH Stage is a fun festival celebrating the best of established and up-and-coming theatre, plus opera, stand-up comedy and modern dance.
Contemporary and performing arts are celebrated proudly during the ten-day-long programme, with plays and shows of almost every description taking place at venues across Copenhagen.
If you don’t speak Danish, don’t worry; there are plenty of non-verbal productions and shows in other languages, including English. In addition to the stuff going on at theatres, events also take place at alternative venues and public spaces across the city.
Check the webitie for tickets and prices, but many events – including brand-new productions and choir performances – are free.
