The dogsled will be driven by one of our guides who will take you through the sparkling frozen winter wonderland, where you’ll pass old pine forests, frozen lakes and ancient swamps. Enjoy the silence of the polar night as you wait for the northern lights to appear and dance across the dark sky.
You’ll start your adventure at the guides’ camp in Oinakka. Along the way you’ll take a break and enjoy a traditional Swedish fika, with a hot drink and cookies. You’ll also have a chance to rest by the campfire while your guide tells you stories of the legendary aurora borealis.
This tour is run in small groups (there’s a maximum of four people per group, which ensures you can enjoy an exclusive experience without big crowds). There will of course be time to take photos along the way.
The tour includes transfers, Swedish fika, winter clothing, shoes, gloves and a hat. The meeting point for the transfer will be the reception area at your accommodation. Please be ready to leave 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour. Please also note that the pickup time may be slightly delayed depending on the pickup locations of other participants.
