Hold onto your Horcrux! Prepare to delve into the magical world of Harry Potter when Odense is transformed from ordinary Muggle town into a place of witchcraft and wizardry.
Vintapperstræde Street will turn into Diagon Alley, complete with quirky shops and delicious eateries. Visitors to the festival can also participate in a Quidditch tournament, wander through an enchanted maze, listen to magical tales, and see some owls up close.
Head to the Danish Railway Museum to take a ride on the famous Hogwarts Express, go back to the very beginning with an epic Harry Potter film marathon, or hum along with the Odense Symphony Orchestra as they play music from the films at Odense Concert Hall.
Most of the activities are either free or relatively cheap (up to around 150 DKK). You can pay for some with Muggle money (otherwise known as Danish kroner) but for others you’ll need to pay a visit to Gringotts Bank and change your cash for galleons.
